Her ex-husband who still lives in L.A. has custody of the children and refuses to let them visit her. He claims that seeing her might be traumatic for the children.
Now, an L.A. County judge has ruled that her parents can go to court to fight for their daughter's right to see the youngsters. Superior Court /*Judge Rudolph Diaz*/ ruled that they have a right to pursue visitation with the children.
The judge has also ordered neurological testing for Dorn.
