New on DVD: 'Avatar', 'Crazy Heart'

Hollywood Wrap with George Pennacchio
LOS ANGELES "/*Avatar*/", the biggest movie of all time, is now available on Blu-ray and DVD. Director /*James Cameron*/ says the 3-D extravaganza works just fine on your own TV at home.

"I think 'Avatar' works on DVD because of the storytelling, the characters, the vibrancy of the imagery," said Cameron. "I think people are going to want to own 'Avatar' because they want to continue to re-live that experience of being in that world."

Also available this week is "/*Crazy Heart*/", the film that finally nabbed /*Jeff Bridges*/ his well-deserved Best Actor Oscar for the role of Bad Blake, a hard-living country music singer who's fallen on tough times. But the talented songwriter meets a woman who gives him hope, and a possible way to get his life back on track. /*Maggie Gyllenhaal*/ earned a supporting actress nomination for her role in the film.

The 2009 drama "/*The Lovely Bones*/", directed by /*Peter Jackson*/, hit store shelves this week. /*Stanley Tucci*/ was in the race for best supporting actor for his role in the film based on Alice Sebold's bestselling novel of the same name. The story follows a young girl who's murdered by a serial killer and then watches over her family from her own personal heaven.

This week also brings us the concert documentary "/*Hey, Watch This!*/", the latest from the comedy duo /*Cheech and Chong*/. It's the legendary team's first "joint" venture in 25 years.

"You get the time of your life. It's very funny. It's a concert film of our last year's tour called Light Up America, plus added extra features of more characters that didn't make the show and are pissed off and they comment," said Cheech.
