O.C. cop allegedly hid GPS in woman's car

A Costa Mesa police officer is accused of hiding a GPS device in a woman's car so that he could follow her.Investigators said 30-year-old Aaron Parsons did it so that he could follow the 32-year-old woman. She became suspicious when she and Parsons kept meeting up.

She checked her car and found the GPS device, which belongs to the Costa Mesa Police Department.

Parsons faces up to six months in jail if convicted of a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully using an electronic tracking device.
