Officers stopped vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the surrounding area. The /*Bomb Squad*/ was called in, but after examining the devices in detail, police determined they were not explosive in nature.
Ventura PD: Suspicious objects not explosive
VENTURA, Calif. Officers pulled over the vehicle in the 1700 block of Ventura Avenue for a traffic infraction. After conducting a search of the vehicle, police found the devices concealed in a duffle bag and in the passenger compartment.
