'Dancing' couples fight for top the spot

LOS ANGELES Every week at "Dancing With the Stars" we see all the dance teams rooting on their competition. But at some point, the teams also realize there's only one winner taking home the mirror ball trophy.

"I'm not gonna lie, it starts as personal competition," said professional dancer /*Derek Hough*/. "And as it gets closer to end, you still do that, but start to look at others. Now we got to start competing."

/*Evan Lysacek*/ says he's dancing for his partner /*Anna Trebunskaya*/.

"I'm dancing for my partner, she's put so much work in to all of this," said Lysacek.

When I asked /*Chad Ochocinco*/ if he felt that the mirror ball trophy was in his grasp, the NFL star said that he is only focusing on improving.

"I am not worried about the trophy. I am focused on me and her and improving as much as I can," said Ochocinco. "The trophy will come if you put in the work."

"I wanted the mirror ball trophy from the beginning. I have always wanted it," said /*Niecy Nash*/. "But I am happy that I am having so much fun. That is important for me."

The six couples will be cut down to five on Tuesday's results show. Watch all the "Dancing" action starting at 8 p.m. on ABC7.
