Driver arrested in hit-and-run crash

LOS ANGELES Two pedestrians were injured near downtown Los Angeles on Sunday, May 9. One suffered a fractured leg, the other a broken kneecap.

Police booked Mynor Antonio Rodriguez, 44, of Los Angeles, on suspicion of felony hit-and-run following his arrest. Rodriguez's bail is set at $50,000.

Police say the pedestrians were struck by an SUV as they crossed Third Street at Boylston Street. Officers arrested Rodriguez at his home.
