Bag prompts evacuation of portion of Disneyland

ANAHEIM, Calif. A spokesperson for Disneyland said there an unattended bag was discovered near the Tomorrowland theater at about 4 p.m.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department Bomb Squad was called to the scene to investigate.

The spokesperson said the bag was not suspicious-looking, it was merely left unattended.

Disneyland security personnel cleared the area out of an abundance of caution.

The sheriff's department declared the bag safe. A family had left the bag, which was filled with food, by accident.
