Lindsay Lohan expected in court Monday

LOS ANGELES According to Lohan's attorney, /*Shawn Chapman Holley*/, the actress will return to Los Angeles on Saturday and will be in court Monday morning.

The 23-year-old missed a mandatory probation hearing Thursday connected to her 2007 DUI arrest.

/*Lohan*/ claims she couldn't make it back to the United States because her passport was stolen in France while she was there attending the /*Cannes Film Festival*/. The judge issued an arrest warrant for Lohan saying she wasn't buying the celebrity's excuse.

She was to be arrested upon her return to Los Angeles for missing the mandatory hearing, but a judge recalled the warrant late Thursday after Lohan posted $100,000 bail.

Lohan has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges. The plea came after a pair of high-profile arrests earlier that year.
