Harra is accused of stabbing a Redlands man at a home on Lombard Street in Redlands just before 8:30 Saturday night. The victim's condition is unknown, but his wounds were not believed to be life threatening.
Investigators say the stabbing was probably related to a dispute between the victim and a member of Harra's family.
On Sunday, police located a stolen vehicle Harra was seen driving on the eastbound interstate 10 near the Waterman exit. A search warrant was issued for the vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
