The lawsuit says MK2 S.A., a French company responsible for the production of the movie "Stretch," had promised to provide an assistant to help Carradine navigate Bangkok. But it says the actor was left on his own, the night he died.
The suit also says Carradine's widow has had trouble collecting insurance money, from a policy that MK2 had on the actor.
The lawsuit does not offer any additional details about Carradine's death. Thai authorities have never released the results of their investigation.
The lawsuit does not specify how much Anne Carradine is seeking.
