Teen rescued from Pacoima storm drain
PACOIMA, Calif. The teen was reported in the storm drain around 8:45 p.m. near 14000 W. Paxton Street. The teenager was hoisted to safety and taken to Providence Holy Cross Hospital in stable condition.
