The woman, who is in her 30s, was pinned beneath the cab of the big-rig and had to be freed by firefighters.
She was hospitalized, but her injuries are described as minor. The Blue Line tracks were closed down for about 40 minutes. Buses were used to shuttle passengers around the closed section of the tracks until about 8:30 a.m. when one track was reopened.
There is no word yet why the woman was driving the wrong way down that one-way street.
