A 60-year-old woman is dead after two out of control horses trampled spectators at a Fourth of July parade in Eastern Iowa on Sunday.Amateur video shows the chaotic scene as injured people were being helped while lying in the street and on the sidewalk.

In all, two dozen people were hurt, at least nine of them children.

Four people are in critical condition.

Police said it started when one of the horses rubbed its head against the other, removing that horse's bridle.

The horses then took off with a wagon in tow, running over spectators along the parade route.
