Lucas Benjamin weighs 10 pounds and 2 ounces, and Dillon Matthew weighs 9 pounds and 9 ounces.
Lucas is a minute older than his brother Dillon.
This is the biggest set of twins ever delivered at Bethesda North in Cincinnati.
"I thought we would have actual little babies, and by 36 weeks when we found out they were going to be bigger than that, then we realized we're going to have toddlers again," said Kankowski.
It's too early to tell if they're identical twins. Tests will be complete in a couple of weeks.
