Tai Chi is a specific series of slow movements, and because it's not jarring, it's especially good for people with joint problems.

Researchers at Arizona State University reviewed 77 studies and found that Tai Chi also helps boost the immune system and is good for heart health.

People doing Tai Chi say it has mental health benefits and has improved their quality of life.
