'Clark Kent Bandit' hits South Bay banks

The so-called 'Clark Kent Bandit' has hit various banks in South Bay. Police gave the suspect his nickname because he wears glasses similar to the fictional character.

The so-called "Clark Kent Bandit" has hit various banks in South Bay, and police want the public's help to catch him.The FBI named the suspect the "Clark Kent Bandit" after the reporter who transforms into Superman.

He was given the name after his first holdup where he was wearing Clark Kent-style glasses.

The man is believed to have robbed banks in Gardena and Carson in July.
