According to the prosecutor, Morales faces two consecutive 25 years to life prison sentences when he makes his next court appearance on Aug. 27.
Police say that Morales entered an /*Oxnard*/ home through the front door in May 2009. He went to a bedroom where he saw the family lying on the floor. Morales then snatched up the child and ran off.
The prosecutor said the little girl was yelling "mommy" as Morales took her away.
