The employee said she has been pressing officer James Dobbs for child support for their 3-month-old son.
She said Dobbs threatened her, so she went to the authorities.
She also claims she had the sex with Dobbs three times while he was on duty.
Six officers are under investigation in the case. Four of them have been put on administrative leave.
