The officer thought the chase had ended, but he said he then had thoughts of a monster truck rally when the SUV backed over his patrol car.
"First I admitted this is great, because the driver's side door is pinned on the car, and the passenger's side is pinned on the bridge. They can't get out. They can't even run. And next thing you know I see a reverse, I go, 'this is good,' and it came at me," said Officer Seth Carson of the Montgomery County Police Department. "First I thought if it hit me, it would just hit me. I didn't think it would drive over me like big foot."
The teenage driver and teenage front seat passenger will be charged as adults. The teenage passenger in the back seat has been charged as a juvenile.
