A medical examiner from Florida testified that Anna Nicole Smith's doctor turned over more than 40 bottles of prescription medication from the former model's house in the Bahamas.

Dr. Harold Schueler testified on Tuesday in Los Angeles that Smith's doctor, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich collected the drugs after Smith's overdose death in a Florida hotel in 2007.

Schueler said that some of the medications were prescribed to Smith's pseudonyms. Nine of the drugs have been linked to Smith's death, including several antidepressants and chloral hydrate.

Smith's boyfriend Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Eroshevich have pleaded not guilty to providing large amounts of drugs to Smith. They are not charged in her death.
