Insane Clown Posse headlined the event which also featured Lil Kim, Naughty by Nature, Coolio and Vanilla Ice among other artists.
Tequila took to her Twitter account to speak out about the alleged attack.
"Pretty soon the owners who run the Juggalos will be bankrupt. My attorney Alan is already on it. This is disgusting behavior from men," she posted.
So far, the record company has not commented.
The incident is under investigation.
