Mazlin said he advised Eroshevich against giving Smith Chloral Hydrateom "unless she wanted her picture on the cover of the National Enquirer."
Eroshevich, along with /*Dr. Sandeep Kapoor*/ and /*Howard K. Stern*/, Smith's longtime boyfriend, are charged with providing excessive amounts of prescription drugs to Smith.
They are not charged in her 2007 death from an overdose.
