LOS ANGELES Attorneys for Jamie McCourt say they've found an agreement that shows she has an equal right in the ownership of the Dodgers. They're asking the court to allow them to introduce the document in the divorce case.
They suggest that Dodgers owner Frank McCourt's legal team may have presented fraudulent records that indicated he'd get sole ownership if the couples marriage ended.
A lawyer for Frank McCourt says the claim shows Jamie McCourt is becoming "more desperate."
