Man trying to save pet snakes Tased by police

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. A house fire quickly spread next door, where a couple and their three kids live. They got out, but some of their pets didn't. Five of the family's 11 ball pythons died.

The dad, Damon Baker, tried to battle the flames with a garden hose, but when he got too close, police tried to pull him away.

When he resisted, officers Tased him.

"Had I been able to stay there a few minutes spraying it down before the fire department got here, we might not have lost all of our animals," Baker said.

The only good news for the family is that police say the dad will not be charged in the Taser incident.
