Police said 66-year-old Douglas Turnbow allegedly assaulted his victims over the course of more than 10 years. Authorities said that they expect more victims will be forthcoming.
Turnbow was arrested in McMinnville, Ore. and was placed in custody at Yamhill County Correctional Facility. His bail was set at $600,000.
