Officials said Cabrera often approached women in public places and pretended to have met them before. Once he struck up a conversation with his victims, he would offer to massage them and touch them in a sexually inappropriate manner.
Also, police said that Cabrera would offer to fix things around the house for his victims, offering services as a handyman. Once in the victim's house, he would ask if he could take a shower and expose himself. He also kissed his victims on the face and neck.
Investigators are asking for others who may have been victimized by Cabrera to come forward. Detectives said Cabrera was known to ride a red bicycle or drive a red van.
He is described as a Hispanic male with black and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 18o pounds.
