The 15-year-old victim was discovered bleeding and laying in the boys bathroom, drifting in and out of consciousness.
Investigators say the victim and the suspect knew each other and had argued the day before the alleged attack. The two then agreed to fight in the boys restroom on Thursday.
The victim was taken to Ventura County Medical Center where he was treated for a concussion.
