South Bay coach accused of molesting boy

HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. Daniel Gibb, 31, is accused of molesting a young boy several years ago when he was 11 and again when he was 13.

Detectives said Gibb confirmed the molestation during a telephone conversation with the victim.

Gibb has coached at the Toyota Center in El Segundo, as well as at other facilities and teams across Southern California.

Gibb's next court date for arraignment is set for Nov. 10.

Hermosa Beach police are asking any other alleged victims to come forward.
