The parents recorded the incident with a cell phone camera.
They said the officer abused his authority by handcuffing the boy and threatening him several times.
"It does not bode well for you. Do you know what that means? No? Not a good thing that the person you had sex with is a cop's daughter. The District Attorney will probably file charges," the officer was recorded saying.
The district attorney is reviewing the case to see if the officer will face criminal charges.
