Ex-Air Force officials reveal UFO sightings

WASHINGTON The group of ex-military officers appeared at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Monday.

They unveiled several alleged UFO sightings which they said shut down nuclear missiles. The former commanders also described pulsating objects, strange markings and a hovering craft that suddenly shot away.

"I believe, these gentlemen believe, that this planet is being visited by beings from another world. Who, for whatever reason, have taken an interest in the nuclear arms race which began at the end of World War II," said Robert Hastings, a researcher.

Not everybody is buying these allegations, including the curator at the Air and Space Museum.

However, the veterans are sticking to their story.
