The victim says the man was wearing jogging attire when he approached her from behind and grabbed her. She was not hurt in the incident.
The girl described the man as a thin, 6 feet tall, white, in his late 30s, with a large nose. He was wearing a dark-colored baseball hat, white T-shirt, dark colored running shorts, gray running shoes and orange-tinted sunglasses.
