'Gangsters' in police banner look like Jay-Z

MIAMI The images were no longer on the website by Friday afternoon.

A police spokesman says that the drawing was inadvertently done. Officials would not say how long the graphic was on the site or provide details about how Jay-Z's image ended up in the graphic.

The Miami New Times first blogged about the graphic Thursday on its website.
