A website banner being used to encourage Miami residents to report gang activity depicts gangsters that look like Jay-Z.The images were no longer on the website by Friday afternoon. A police spokesman says that the drawing was inadvertently done. Officials would not say how long the graphic was on the site or provide details about how Jay-Z's image ended up in the graphic.
