3 wanted in Ventura home invasion burglary

VENTURA, Calif. An off-duty /*Ventura Police Department*/ employee saw a man, who was not the homeowner, carrying out object from the home through the backyard at around 9 a.m.

The witness said the man took the object and carried it to a green 90s Ford sedan. After he placed the object in the car, he proceeded to walk back into the house. Another male suspect got out of the car while a female driver stayed inside.

At that point, the second male suspect noticed the witness and signaled to the first male who was heading back to inside the residence.

Both suspects ran back into the getaway car and fled the area north of Princeton Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene shortly afterward and combed the area, but they were unable to locate the suspects or the vehicle. Upon investigation, authorities discovered that the suspects pried open the door to gain access into the home.

No one was home during the burglary.

The first suspect is described as a white male in his 20s or 30s, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 180 pounds.

The second suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds.

The third suspect is described as a white female in her 20s with brown hair.
