Brother arrested in fatal Hollywood stabbing

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. The victim's 42-year-old brother Edgar Pelayo was arrested at a Greyhound station just before 1 a.m. Police said he was on a bus heading south.

Pelayo and his brother 31-year-old Phillip Pelayo got into an argument on Sunday, and according to police, Phillip Pelayo was stabbed repeatedly.

He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Authorities said Edgar Pelayo ran from the scene of the murder.
