Man streaks at Obama rally for $1M prize

PHILADELPHIA Authorities arrested 24-year-old Juan Rodriguez and charged him with indecent exposure, among other charges.

British billionaire Alki David said he offered $1 million to anyone who would streak in front of the president with a website printed on his chest.

Rodriguez says he fulfilled the requirements.

"I did everything that was part of the rules and such. I had it written on my chest, said it six times, I streaked past him. I was close enough to him. I was like 10 feet away from him," said Rodriguez.

Meanwhile, the secret service has released the man who threw a book at Obama at that same event, saying he is not dangerous.

Video captured something flying through the air past the president.
