Regular walking may help memory in old age

Regular walking can help you keep your memory as you get older, according to a new study.

The report, published in the journal "Neurology," showed that walking about six miles a week appears to protect against brain shrinkage in old age.

Researchers said this can help with memory problems and cognitive decline later in life.
