Starbucks is working to evolve. The $15 billion chain-coffee business is looking at selling regional wine and beer, along with its coffee, according to USA Today.

A couple of prototype stores are now open in Seattle. They also sell locally made cheeses served on China.

The company says these stores are designed to look as if they've been part of the neighborhood for decades, and they are environmentally friendly.
