The stars and their partners danced to TV theme songs, and one celebrity quickstepped her way to the top of the judges' leader board.

Brandy and her partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, performed to the theme from "Friends."

After landing in first place with a score of 27 out of 30, Brandy admitted her confidence is growing.

"It has definitely grown a little bit," she said. "Week by week. I just want to not get too crazy about it."

With a score of 25, Jennifer Grey and partner Derek Hough foxtrotted to second with the theme from "Married with Children."

They were "out of sync," according to judge Carrie Ann Inaba.

"I just really want to do each dance as well as we can do it and when it falls short of that, it's just hard," Grey said.

Football's Kurt Warner quickstepped with Anna Trebunskaya to the "Bewitched" theme, scoring triple eights.

"I don't know where I'm ever going to get to," Warner said. "I don't know what the final plateau is going to be, but every week, I feel good."

Warner and Trebunskaya tied for third with basketball's Rick Fox and partner Cheryl Burke, who rumbaed away to the theme from "Hills Street Blues."

"She knows what's ahead of us and it's similar to Phil Jackson when he came here with six championships," Fox said about his old coach. "He knew the way to a championship, so I have just got to execute and keep working hard."

A point behind, in fifth place are Audrina Patridge and her partner, Tony Dovolani.

"I think it worked," Patridge said. "We worked our butts off in the studio and Tony's been pushing me to the limits, so we went out there and gave it our all."

Patridge danced to the theme from her show, "The Hills."

Florence Henderson, who came in sixth, got to tango to "The Brady Bunch" theme.

"It's been very difficult, but it's all the more rewarding when they do see your improvement and that's what this show's about," Henderson said.

In seventh place, Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer's foxtrot to "Charlie's Angels" had the biggest mixed reviews.

They received an 8, 5 and 7.

"Nobody understands 8, 5, 7," Schwimmer said.

The other teenager, Bristol Palin, and her partner, Mark Ballas, landed in last place after jiving to "The Monkees" theme song.

They hit the ballroom in monkey costumes

Len Goodman said he actually enjoyed the monkey suits.

"In fact, I would have liked you to keep them on a bit longer," he said.
