$10K reward out for Hawthorne murder arrest

HAWTHORNE, Calif. A $10,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Hanna Morcos was found on Sept. 24 in his home on the 4100 block of West 137th Street.

Investigators said it appears that there was some kind of robbery or home invasion that ended in murder.

Morcos's wife was also at home during the attack, but she was not hurt. The victim was a retired county employee who worked for the Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector.

The suspect was described only as a man wearing a white shirt and dark pants.
