Bar in Adenhart case won't lose its license

SANTA ANA, Calif. Investigators have decided there's not enough evidence to revoke the liquor license of The Well Bar.

Surveillance video presented in the trial shows Andrew Gallo and his step brother drinking for hours before the crash in Fullerton on April 9, 2009.

Investigators said there must be obvious intoxication and the video only shows Gallo from behind.

Gallo faces 50 years in prison when he's sentenced Dec. 10 for conviction of three counts of second-degree murder.
