Officer Jose Lopez said it was just a typical Saturday morning in Magnolia until he encountered 26-year-old Lynn Eggenberger.
He said Eggenberger was so drunk she didn't even know her car was on the tracks.
Lopez escorted the woman to his patrol car, and less than a minute later, a train plowed into her vehicle.
Eggenberger was arrested and charged with /*driving under the influence*/.
