Ha is the registered owner of the vehicle. Authorities said he was seen with an unknown man leaving a shopping center in Long Beach on Thursday afternoon. Officials described the man as being around 6 feet tall, 325 pounds with a short pony tail, possibly Hispanic or Samoan.
The /*California Highway Patrol*/ received reports of a vehicle on fire on the Glen Helen Parkway onramp to the southbound 15 Freeway in Devore at about 10:15 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the Porsche Cayenne engulfed in flames.
The /*San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department*/ ruled that there was definitely foul play involved, but they weren't sure of the details behind the cause of death.
