O.C. man arrested for exposing self to girls

FULLERTON, Calif. According to police, Ruben Rodriguez exposed himself to at least seven girls in the area of Sunny Hills High School and Nicolas Junior High School within the past few weeks.

/*Fullerton*/ police said that Rodriguez had been previously arrested under similar circumstance in September for exposing himself to two 17-year-old girls in the area of Dale and Whitaker streets in Fullerton.

Rodriguez, 21, is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and has a short pony tail. He is also said to have red "plug-type" earrings.

Authorities said Rodriguez would typically stand near his car with his back turned to an approaching girl. As the girl grew closer, he would turn around with his genitals exposed and would touch himself while talking to the girl. Police said they don't believe he actually touched any of his victims.

Rodriguez faces 16 different misdemeanor charges, including child annoyance and indecent exposure.

Police believe there could be more victims that haven't come forward, possibly in the Fullerton area or surrounding neighborhoods. Rodriguez was often seen in a white pickup truck, possibly a Ford Ranger or a light colored Nissan truck.
