Former Marines Jose Pacheco and Miguel Ortiz were arrested Monday.
Andrew Gitchslag, 28, also a former /*Marine*/, was taken into custody last week.
Two other suspects were also arrested.
Prosecutors claim the five sold $6,000 worth of illegal weapons to a person they thought was a street gang member.
