Comatose ex-Israeli official moved to home

Israel's comatose former prime minister, Ariel Sharon, was moved to his home from the hospital on Friday.Sharon has been in a coma since 2006, after a series of strokes.

He had been in a hospital outside Tel Aviv, but many doctors said long-term patients can benefit from being close to home rather than in a clinical setting.

The 82-year-old served as Israel's prime minister from 2001 to 2006.
