The robber got away with about $3,900. He was last seen running through the parking lot toward Pier Avenue.

HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. Investigators said he walked into the bank on Pacific Coast Highway at 11:35 a.m., handed a note to a teller and said, "I have a gun, give me the money."
