Riverside police chase ends in deadly crash

RIVERSIDE, Calif. Authorities said the incident began at about 10:30 p.m., when the suspects were in a vehicle shooting at an unoccupied business in the 300 block of Orange Street. When officers attempted to pull them over, the suspects took off. The crash happened about two minutes later.

The suspects lost control of their car on East La Cadena Drive at Palmyrita Avenue and rolled onto the 215 Freeway. The driver died at the scene, while two passengers were able to crawl out of the vehicle. They were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

There's no word yet on what charges they will face. The incident remains under investigation.
