Allan allegedly brandished a knife and threatened the employee. Then, he fled in a vehicle westbound on Katella Avenue.
Witnesses were able to provide Cypress police with a detailed description of the get-away vehicle, and officers spotted Allan on the 605 Freeway near Carson.
Allan was positively identified by store security and other witnesses. The video games, valued at around $150, was recovered, and no one was injured in the incident.
Allan was arrested and charged with robbery. He was booked into Cypress City Jail, and transferred to Orange County Jail.
