The woman had apparently been drinking with McKee, 26, and his friends, who were all minor league hockey players in town for the Anaheim Ducks hockey camp.
The Orange County Superior Court jury was deadlocked 11 to 1 on Friday. The majority of the jurors voted not guilty.
McKee's attorney says his client had consensual sex with the woman.
