Porn star not suing Charlie Sheen, for now

LOS ANGELES "Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims - that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment," said attorney Keith Davidson in a statement.

On Monday though, Walsh filed a criminal complaint against Sheen. Her lawyer said she's working with New York authorities.

The complaint stems from an incident in New York's Plaza Hotel last month. Walsh claimed Sheen attacked her. She appeared on "Good Morning America," claiming Sheen grabbed her by the throat and used racial slurs.

Sheen has filed a lawsuit against Walsh, saying she was trying to extort money from him.
